Lead Times

Lead times vary from product to product with most being around 10 working days. Delivery details are arranged on order of goods. Please ensure all delivery address details are correct. Re-routing of items once dispatched will incur an additional fee and charged at industry rates.

Availability

If a product line is in high demand lead times may vary while new stock is ordered. If this is the case, you will be notified by Customer Service to keep you informed of delivery expectations.

Late Delivery

Once your goods have been dispatched it is your responsibility to advise us if your goods have not arrived on the day of or at your pre determined delivery address.

Our Customer service department will follow through with our freight companies to organise delivery as soon as possible.
